Privacy Policy

MatGrowth LLC (“MatGrowth,” “we,” “us”) runs matgrowth.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit or submit a form, why, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

We collect two things: anonymous analytics about how the site is used, and the contact details you type into a form. We do not sell either. We do not buy lists, run retargeting pixels, or share your details with other agencies. If you want your information removed, email hello@matgrowth.com and we will delete it.

What you give us directly

There are two forms on this site, and both are optional — you can read every page without filling in any of them:

• The booking form on /get-your-free-audit asks for your school name, email address, phone number, the bottleneck you want help with, and a requested date and time.
• The question form on /answers asks for your question, your email address and your phone number.

We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked. Each form carries a hidden anti-spam field; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.

We use this to reply to you, prepare and deliver the audit, and follow up about working together. That is the whole purpose. Submitting a form does not sign you up to a mailing list, because we do not run one.

What we collect automatically

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0WX6LP8237) on every page. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google: the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It is configured with the defaults; we do not upload your email address or phone number to it, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Our web server also keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent — which is how essentially every web server on the internet works. We use them for security and to diagnose errors.

Who else sees it

• Google LLC receives the analytics data described above, underGoogle's privacy policy.
• MatGrowth's own client portal. Form submissions are forwarded from this site into the system we use to track leads and run projects. It is ours; it is not a shared or public database.
• Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes requests to serve you the page.

That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we have no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose something, we will comply with the law.

Cookies, and turning them off

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics ones. Nothing on the site requires them — every page works with cookies blocked. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings, or installGoogle's Analytics opt-out add-on, and we will simply not see your visit. Most browsers also send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal; we do not run advertising trackers for either to disable.

How long we keep it

Analytics data expires on Google's retention schedule for the property. Form submissions stay in our system while there is an active or realistic conversation, and we clear out enquiries that went nowhere within about two years. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the length of the engagement and afterwards for ordinary business and tax records.

Your choices

Email hello@matgrowth.com and we will, within 30 days: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to be in a particular state or country to ask, and you do not need to give a reason. Asking costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it. If you have asked us to delete something and later want to work together, just fill the form in again.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to lead data is limited to the people at MatGrowth who need it. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania law.

Children

This site is aimed at martial arts school owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted something to us, email us and we will delete it.

Other sites we link to

Where we link out — to Google's documentation, a source we cite in an answer, or a booking tool — that site's own privacy policy applies once you are on it. We do not control what they collect.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who receives it, we will update this page and move the date at the top. There is no version of this policy that takes effect quietly.
