These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement we would sign to do work for you — that is a separate document, and where the two ever disagree, the signed one wins. Using matgrowth.com means you accept what follows.

Who you are dealing with

matgrowth.com is operated by MatGrowth LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@matgrowth.com.

What this site is

It is a marketing site. It describes services we sell, publishes answers and analysis about local search and answer engines, and lets you ask for an audit. Reading it, booking an audit, or sending us a question does not by itself create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. That starts when we both sign a proposal.

Prices, packages and quotes

The figures on /pricing are our current published rates and they can change. A price on this page is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer, and it does not survive scope: a multi-location build, a members' area, or a custom booking system is quoted separately. Anything we quote you in writing holds for the period that quote states.

The claims we publish

Our answers and insights cite their sources where a fact is checkable, and we mark our opinions as opinions. Where we describe typical results, timelines, or what a given change tends to do, those are informed estimates from our own work and published research — not promises about what your school will get. Search results, map rankings and AI answers are controlled by third parties whose systems change without notice. Nobody can guarantee a position in them, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does, including us.

Where we name a client or publish a number from their account, we do it with that owner's written approval.

Not professional advice

Some of what we publish touches on contracts, ownership of work, and business decisions — the answer on who owns the website, for instance, walks through copyright vocabulary. It is written to help you read your own paperwork. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, we are not your lawyer, and you should get one for anything that matters.

Our content

The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to MatGrowth LLC or the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read it, link to it, share it, and quote it with attribution — including quoting it in an AI-generated answer. You may not republish a page wholesale as your own, resell it, or scrape the site to train or populate a competing service.

Using the site properly

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, submit false information through the forms, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access if you do.

Links to other sites

We link out to sources, tools and other businesses. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or do. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, and we will fix errors when we find them. We do not promise it will always be available, always current, or free of mistakes. We may change or remove any part of it at any time — including retiring pages, in which case we redirect the old address wherever there is a sensible destination for it.

Disclaimer and limits

The site and its contents are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, MatGrowth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to $100. This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit anything in a signed client agreement, and it does not affect rights that cannot be waived under Pennsylvania law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
